Jacob Blatt President
Mr. Blatt has 25 years of real estate investment and management experience in residential, commercial & mixed-use projects in Israel, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, and Eastern Europe. He is engaged in all real estate investment decisions for various privately held investment companies.
Prior to founding Sun Holdings Group and various other real estate investment companies, Mr. Blatt was an accountant and tax consultant with Y. Blatt & Company and Cost Levari (later became Ernst & Young) for 12 years.
Mr. Blatt is a graduate of Tel Aviv University with a degree in economics and accountancy.
Oren Blatt Principal
Before joining Sun Holdings Group, Oren served for 10 years as an officer in the Israeli Air Force, where he acquired substantial management skills.
Located in Houston, TX, Oren oversees the group's operations in the US, primarily focused on building and leading SYNC Residential management platform.
Oren is a graduate of Bar-Ilan University with a Master of Business Administration.
Ido Blatt Principal
Located in Houston, TX, Ido leads the group’s acquisition and asset management platform.
Ido holds a L.L.B. (Law) and B.A. (Business Administration; Entrepreneurship) degrees from the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya, graduating with honors cum laude.
In addition to being a member of the Israeli Bar Association, Ido is also a graduate of the Zell Entrepreneurship Program.
Ruth Stevelman Human Resources Director
Ruth joined Sun Holdings Group to lead SYNC Residential's HR department. With over 15 years of experience as a strategic Human Resources Manager, Ruth will recruit top-talent for the <span 13px;"="">SYNC Residential portfolio, oversee compensation and benefits, and develop policies and procedures.
Ruth has a Master’s degree in Occupational Technology from the University of Houston, and holds SHRM-CP and PHR certifications.
Jennifer Vromant Controller
Jennifer oversees the financial department of the SYNC Residential portfolio. She started in multi-family industry as a leasing agent in 2009, and also handled the accounting for the SYNC Residential portfolio prior to it being brought in-house. Her current responsibilities include the accurate and timely reporting of financial information at multiple levels, as well as expense and escrow analysis to provide optimal cash flow for operations and distributions. Jennifer is a Mensa member with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Marketing from Baylor University.
Neva Legg Central Texas Regional Property Manager
Neva is overseeing the SYNC Residential portfolio in South Central Texas, currently comprised of four apartment communities throughout the Austin-San Antonio corridor.
Neva has been active in the multifamily industry since 2001. With a passion for coaching and developing teams, Neva has extensive management experience in class A apartment community, and has served on SAAA committees.
Louis Meek Houston Regional Property Manager
Louis joined SYNC Residential in April 2017 as our Houston Regional Property Manager. Louis came to our company with an extensive background in the multi-family apartment industry with over 25 years of experience. Louis has opened over 40 Class A new development/lease up projects throughout the country ranging from Garden-Style, Mid-Rise, High-Rise and Retail. His roles have ranged from Property Manager, Opening Specialist, Property Transition Supervisor and Regional Property Manager. He has worked for organizations such as The Hanover Company, UDR, Inc., Allen Harrison Company and The Lynd Company.
Kendra Roberts Atlanta Regional Property Manager
Kendra brings more than 19 years of industry experience to the SYNC Residential team, most recently as a successful Regional Vice President where she managed a conventional portfolio of over 5,700 units in Georgia and Tennessee. Having worked for some of the largest, most well-respected REITs in the industry, Kendra brings extensive experience in value add interior renovations, large scale Capex projects and effectively building successful onsite teams. She holds her CAM designation and MLA certification. Kendra is an active member of the Atlanta Apartment Association and IREM where she is currently a CPM candidate.
Chris McWilliams Director of Training and Development
Prior to joining SYNC Residential in 2017 as the Director of Training and Development, Chris worked in property management for over 10 years in diverse roles, including leasing, bookkeeping, management, software training, and information management. Chris oversees all aspects of Training and Development for SYNC Residential, holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Houston, and has a CAM certification from the National Apartment Association.
Jessica Pico Operations Specialist
Jessica joined Sun Holdings Group in 2014 and has held various positions within the company from Assistant Manager, Office Manager, and now Operations Specialist. In her current role, Jessica acts as an intermediary between the on-site teams and Regional Managers, oversees various property projects, and manages all property contracts. Jessica brings over 14 years of multi-family management experience to the team, and holds a certificate in Leadership and Management from the Shaw Academy.
Avi Zak Principal, Hotel Operations
Mr. Zak joined Sun Holdings Group on 2001 while relocating from Tel-Aviv Israel to London, UK.
After 4 years of managing the company's hotels' portfolio (3 hotels in London, 500 rooms altogether), he returned to Tel Aviv in order to establish the company's new hotels' portfolio which include, at present, 2 boutique hotels (www.babylis.co.il and www.vitalhotel.co.il).
Mr. Zak is a graduate of Bournemouth University, UK, with a degree in International Hospitality and Tourism Management.
Tom Delahanty Retail Operations
Mr. Delahanty brings more than 20 years of commercial experience with Acquisitions Identification, Analysis, Due Diligence, Management, Leasing and Development to the team. His strength in these disciplines ads still yet another component which Sun Holdings Group can leverage for its shareholder benefit.
